Goto Notepad. Type:
Dim subash, speech
subash="Hello Your name, Welcome to your Computer.
Please use me with care and Love."
Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
speech.Speak subash
Save it with extension .vbs like "Welcome.vbs"
Keep it in The Startup Folder......... and when ever you open the Computer.. Your computer will welcome you....
